Your daily love horoscope for June 13, 2023

The New Moon is almost upon us, but as it enters Taurus this afternoon, we’re reminded that there’s no rush. The waves are calm, the sun is shining on the shore, and it’s okay to stop and feel the sand between your toes. Change is not welcome, but constant, stable love is more appreciated. The desire is not to find a new love, but to nurture existing ones.

To learn how the Moon in Taurus affects your sign, read more below.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

There’s no doubt that you can often be impulsive, Aries, but today you appreciate stability more as the Moon enters Taurus. While you love treating your partner to romantic dates and expensive gifts, you’re now starting to think about the increments these expenses make in your finances. It’s true that old habits die hard, but if long-term stability is the goal, there’s no better time to start than today.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

The Moon comes home to your first house of the self today, Taurus, and it lets you communicate your feelings with ease. You never liked rocking the boat, but today, you’re starting to realize that letting your feelings out might cause instability at first, but it can give you the peace you yearn for in the long run. If you’re single, consider finally admitting your feelings to a crush so the mental gymnastics and the second-guessing can finally come to an end. It’s painful to rip the band aid, but the dread only grows the longer you let it stay.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Gemini, the key to finding emotional stability today is to forge a deeper connection with your inner self. If you recently just left an unstable romantic relationship, it’s a good time to take a breather and evaluate what went wrong that spelled the relationship’s eventual end. You don’t have to go right back into dating, so don’t feel pressured. Take some time for yourself first before you give it to someone else.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Cancer, you feel most at peace when you’re in the company of friends. Having them listen to you and actually understand what you’re going through is something you truly value. No one else makes you feel as seen and heard as your friends do. But don’t confuse these platonic feelings with romance. To love someone romantically is to want the person, as in the whole package. If you only like the feeling of being understood but not the person themself, it’s platonic.

Leo (July 23 – August 22)

Leo, you’re comfortable being the center of attention, and you might feel threatened when the spotlight is stolen from you. You might feel jealous of your partner’s friends and think they spend more time with them than with you. In these instances, you must remember that even if you’re in a relationship, you’re still two different people that have a life outside of each other. Don’t think your partner’s friends are stealing them from you, as they also need other people outside of you.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

You like stability, Virgo, and today stability means maintaining the growth you’ve been having these last few weeks. You’re working on yourself, and you don’t want to break the streak. Don’t let yourself get sucked back into your old patterns, so don’t entertain thoughts of going back to an ex or reconnecting with toxic friends. When you’re finally ready, it’s time to meet new people that could give you the love you’ve always deserved, so don’t drink poison just ‘cause you’re thirsty.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Libra, change has never been a big deal for you, but you might feel delighted when it’s for the better. Today, change means sustaining the depth of your relationships. You will seek to connect with a romantic partner by having meaningful conversations, asking questions about the cosmos and why we exist. Fostering intimacy is the most valuable ingredient of a healthy relationship, so take every opportunity you get to make a meaningful connection.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)

Scorpio, you’re more receptive to your partner’s feelings today, and you’re thinking about ways you could help them achieve stability. The best thing you could do is be there for them when they need you. You don’t need to solve their problems—you just need to give them a shoulder to cry on when they need it, and to be their wall when they’re too tired to stand on their own. The essence of a partnership is to be able to give sixty when your partner can only give forty.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Sagittarius, routines can be boring, but the routine you have is especially enjoyable for you today. You will enjoy getting your life together, and today it’s easier to get up early in the morning and sleep on time at night. Meeting new people is not ideal, as they can disrupt your routine. If you have a new romantic partner, you can think of ways to incorporate their life into yours, so don’t think of them as mere distractions.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Romance might be on the books for you today, Capricorn, even if you’re not looking for it. Your partner will give you exactly what you need. If you’re single, you might feel surprised when someone comes up and admits their feelings for you, as you’re not yet ready for it. You like romance, sure, but commitment is too big for you right now, and it’s fine, as long as you’re making an effort not to hurt anybody’s feelings.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

You’re coming home today, Aquarius, and you’re basking in the comfort of familiarity. Even if you’ve only known your partner for a short amount of time, it feels like you’ve known them for years because of how much they understand you. It can greatly benefit you if they give you the safety you’ve never felt as a child. If you’ve had a bad family life growing up, be careful not to fall into the arms of the wrong people as you confuse an unstable, toxic love with comfort and security.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Pisces, it’s easier to say how you feel today, and you’re letting your feelings be known to the world. You’ve always tried to bottle them up in fear of stirring conflict, but you’re realizing that you’re not really avoiding it by keeping your feelings to yourself. An understanding partner will listen to what you have to say, so if you feel you’re not being listened to, that’s a sign that you need to find someone better.
